انتشار سندي ديگر از حمايتهاي نهادهاي حقوق بشري از آيت الله بروجردي
22ژوئن 2007: هشدار حقوق بشر در برابر تصميم رژیم برای اجرای حكم غیر منصفانه آیت الله بروجردی در روز دوشنبه 25 ژوئن
بروجردی در جولای 2007 به همراه توده عظیمی از یارانش( کسانی که برای دفاع از وی تجمع کرده بودند ) در منزلش محاصره ودستگیر شد.بعلاوه تمام اعضای خانواده وی نیز مورد تهاجم وبی حرمتی وتهدید واقع شدند.
بروجردی بدلیل خودداری از تصدیق نقش اسلام در سیاست ( جدايي دين از سياست ) و نیز رد اصل ولایت فقیه، مورد انزجار مسئولین قرار گرفت.
متحدان می گویند: وی از جانب آیت الله علی سیستانی در عراق، آیت الله وحید خراسانی و آیت الله صادق روحانی که درمنزلش در ایران زندانی است ( برادر دکتر مهدی روحانی، عضو نهاد برون مرزی اف .دی .آی) حمایت شده است که تاکنون برای آزادی وي نتوانسته اند کاری از پیش ببرند.
پس از جریانات فوق الذكر، بروجردی به همراه خانواده اش دستگیر و به زندان اوین انتقال داده شد.( وي همچنين قبلا نیز در اوین زندانی بوده است ) ايشان در این هفته در دادگاه ویژه روحانیت محاکمه و متهم به :
سوء استفاده از آیات قرآن، محاربه با خدا، اعتراض بر علیه حکومت ایران، برگزاری جلسات غیر قانونی و نيز حدود 20 مورد دیگر که بنابرگفته هوادارانش به اف.دی .آی "همه این موارد سر پوشی برای توجیه جنایاتشان نسبت به آیت الله بروجردی مي باشد. "
ظاهرا رژیم، اجرای حكم اعدام را به روز دوشنبه آینده موکول کرد چرا که وی دراعتصاب غذا بسر مي برد.

After the assault pictured here, Borujuderi wasseized along with his family and thrown into Evinprison, where he has remained ever since.Tried by the Special Court of the Clergy earlier thisweek, Ayatollah Borujerdi was accused of speakingagainst the word of the Koran, making up a false god,speaking against the Iranian government, holdingillegal gatherings, and about 20 other allegationswhich his supporters tell FDI were "an excuse to coverup what they want to do to him."
